City of Anaheim – Hotel Parking Study

ADVANTEC prepared a shared parking study for a hotel in Anaheim next to Disneyland. The study involved shared parking for the expanded restaurant within an existing hotel. ADVANTEC staff surveyed three similar hotel/restaurant facilities within Anaheim, and developed a parking analysis that allowed shared use of parking for hotel patrons and restaurant patrons. The study was approved by City without any amendments.
