City of Chino Hills – Abba’s House Fellowship Church and TNT Batting Cages Parking Studies |

ADVANTEC’s prepared two parking studies: one for the proposed Abba’s House Fellowship Church, and the other for the proposed TNT Indoor Batting Cages, both located in the recently completed Fairfield Ranch Business Park in the City of Chino Hills. Shared parking analysis was utilized in both studies to evaluate the parking demand and supply for the development and other tenants within the complex – which includes offices, manufacturing and warehouses. In both studies, parking survey was conducted at another location of similar usage to determine the realistic parking demand during different times of the day. Both studies were approved with only minor clarifications and no amendments.
