City of Westminster – McDonald’s Restaurant Parking and Circulation Analysis |

ADVANTEC’s prepared a parking and circulation analysis for the expansion of an existing McDonald’s restaurant at the corner of Westminster Avenue and Locust Street in the City of Westminster. ADVANTEC evaluated the on-site traffic circulation including the drive-thru area; identified potential conflicts caused by some of the proposed stalls with the moving vehicles within the parking lot area; recommended changes to the parking lot layout; evaluated the parking demand; and evaluated the amount of traffic generated by the proposed restaurant expansion. The Study was approved without any amendments.
